One of the largest power generators in the United States wished to catalyze its move into the renewable space by embracing solar, wind, geothermal, BESS and other technologies. The company has traditionally been known for natural gas generation and wished to diversify its energy mix through growth in these new areas. Certain new hire(s) in the development domain at the Director and Manager level were considered key to achieving this goal. They contacted The Energists recruiting team in search of assistance.
After meeting with the client and analyzing the specific requirements which included an advanced degree and over a decade in related development work, our renewable energy recruiter began a search of our network.
